Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non refundable.
Cash only for all services under 300 no exceptions.
Kindly provide notice if you need to reschedule. Due to the preparation of each appointment, there is a cancellation fee of 35% of service for cancellations made 48 hours or less of scheduled appointment. There is a 50% charge of the service for any appointments cancelled in 24 hours or less. There is 100% charge of scheduled service for same day cancellation and no shows.
Your satisfaction is my top priority. While refunds are not offered, if for any reason you are not happy with your service please reach out within 5 days for an adjustment or resolution. Echo Salon & Spa is not liable or responsible for any services rendered by Desirée Filkins or Hair by Desirée.
